This lot features the most outstanding, unobstructed ''WOW'' views of the mountains! It also offers so much potential for construction of an investment short-term rental or a dream home getaway for you to relax in the peaceful mountains! There was an awesome short term rental cabin that burnt on this property; some photos of the cabin (before the fire) are included. Photos of the beautiful mountain views and remains from the fire are also shown. There is a separate large garage, not affected by the fire, which houses a water filtration system as well as a holding tank for the well water. This is a great location, just a short drive to great restaurants, shopping and attractions in Pigeon Forge-including our ever-popular Dollywood! Then continue your adventure on to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains! The condition of the well and septic system currently is unknown. They have not been inspected since the fire in 2022. The health dept. requires an application for an inspection in order to reconnect to the existing system. There is an inspection contingency on the property--back-up offers are welcome.
